Muscat: Led by efforts by the Oman Airports Learning and Development Centre, Muscat International Airport has now become the first international airport in the Middle East to be accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) to deliver First Aid and (CPR) training.
A statement issued online by Oman Airports said: Oman Airports Learning and Development Centre continued its focus on broadening the circle of international accreditations received from major international aviation training institutions. After successful conclusion of multiple accreditation agreements with the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), the International Airports Council (ACI) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
